Reid Restoration Branding
Fresh look emphasizes authentic abilities, thoughtful refinements
In a challenging housing market with intense competition, the owner of Reid Restoration (Kansas City) needed to get his name in front of homeowners who desired upscale, craftsman-quality restorations of older homes. He wanted a brand and website that communicated the high-end capabilities of his crew and the types of transformations they could achieve.
Followed by a great deal of architectural and building research, TCD created a logo that appealed to Reid Restoration’s well-defined audience. Inspired by the American Arts and Crafts Movement (1890–1930s), the mark reflects the firm’s passion for preserving the authenticity of older homes while restoring them to fit a modern lifestyle.
Building the brand
We created business cards and yard signs, mailers and business papers. We directed and shot all the photography to showcase homes restored by the company, paying painstaking attention to the small details that set Reid Restoration apart.
Reid requested a simple image gallery for the website. The slideshow below shows a selection of the many photographs we shot.
