SMG ROI Campaign

Proving the ROI of customer experience management is an ongoing challenge for SMG’s Chief Experience Officer clients. TCD designed a collection of documents and tools to help people measure and “prove” the ROI of these vital services. In addition to a Guide, landing page, emails, direct mail, and digital ads, TCD created and programmed a digital calculator so a user could fill in their own numbers and calculate a solution that was accurate and relevant for their specific situation.
