SMG wanted to offer its big brand B2B audience an informative guide to providing a cohesive, consistent experience for consumers across platforms and venues. The goal was to use data gained from SMG’s customer experience insights to formulate a highly satisfactory consumer experience across the board – online, through social media, in stores or restaurants, and anywhere their brand presence was felt. TCD worked with SMG writers to create a campaign that included emails, landing pages, digital ads, and a best practice guide.
